4th of July Happenings

Are you looking for last minute plans for the 4th? Look no further. Vincennes/Knox County will be jam-packed with events going on all across town, so be sure to get out there and celebrate!

The Vincennes Brewing Company

Come celebrate America’s birthday with the VBC! They open at 11AM and stay open until midnight with special food and drink specials. Their modified menu will have items like pulled pork sandwiches, chili (beer) cheese dogs, hot dogs, potato salad, and coleslaw!

Old Chicago Vincennes

New to Vincennes, Old Chicago will host Mank & Sass on Wednesday, July 4th at 9PM. Mank & Sass are sure to steal hearts and blow minds with their acoustic funk/blues duo. Come for the music, stay for the food.

4th of July Parade & Fireworks Display

The Annual 4th of July Parade and Fireworks in Downtown Vincennes is back! Everyone is invited to come watch the parade make its way through town beginning at 6PM. Starting at Second and Harts Streets, travel on Hart to Seventh Street, continuing on Seventh to Main Street, down Main to Second Street, and then right on Second to pass the reviewing stand at the Old State Bank. Fireworks will begin at dusk!

Fourth of July “After Parade Social” at Grouseland, William Henry Harrison Mansion

Keep the celebration rolling and bring family, and your appetite, to the William Henry Harrison’s Mansion after the parade! Grouseland will be selling pulled pork sandwich meals and the Lions Club will have ice cream available for sale. Stay and watch the fireworks from the lawn of this historic home!
