Tis the Season for Apples

Apples are in season and Knox County has several locations to get them!  Whether you like them plain, in a slushie or covered in caramel you can find them all here.

Charlie’ Caramel Corn and Candy Shop is making their famous caramel apples.  Do you like yours with or without nuts?  They have wonderful popcorn and candies too.

Pop around the Clock is popping up their popular fall flavors including green apple, caramel apple, and candy apple.  If you’re not into the apple flavored choices they have many sweet and savory varieties to choose from.

The Farmers Market features in season produce including many apple varieties.  Visit the market on Saturday from 8am to 1pm.

Windy Knoll Winery has a great apple wine for the season.

Head up Highway 41 for more applicious options, Apple Hill Orchard has many varieties of apples as well as baked goods.  Apple pie and donuts are made daily.  Enjoy fresh pressed cider or a cider slushie.

The Big Peach has several varieties of apples as well as other in season produce.  Shop for Fall décor items and gifts.
